Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, customer‑obsessed, and self‑motivated Remote Data Entry & Marketplace Account Manager to help grow the third‑party (3P) seller ecosystem for arenaflex in the United States market. In this role, you will be the bridge between emerging sellers and our expansive online marketplace, driving product selection, pricing strategy, and seller enablement. You will analyze market gaps, develop go‑to‑market (GTM) strategies, and partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a vibrant, competitive, and customer‑focused product catalog.

Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Growth & Strategy

  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify product selection gaps, seasonal trends, and emerging opportunities across multiple categories.
  • Develop and execute GTM plans that attract high‑potential sellers to the arenaflex platform, focusing on expanding the breadth and depth of our product assortment.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing dynamics, and promotional calendars to maintain a competitive edge.

Seller Acquisition & Enablement

  • Prospect, engage, and onboard new high‑performing sellers through virtual sales calls, webinars, and targeted presentations.
  • Provide sellers with best‑practice guidance on online merchandising, data‑driven insights, and performance metrics to drive sales velocity and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with sellers to optimize product listings, pricing structures, and fulfillment options, ensuring alignment with arenaflex standards.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with internal teams—including Product, Operations, Marketing, and Legal—to resolve seller issues, streamline onboarding processes, and enhance the overall marketplace experience.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for sellers, advocating for their needs while balancing arenaflex’s strategic objectives.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing across regional teams to replicate successful seller acquisition tactics.

Data Management & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records of seller contacts, performance metrics, and marketplace health using Excel, Google Sheets, and internal CRM tools.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports that highlight growth trends, revenue impact, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for senior leadership.
  • Leverage analytical insights to recommend process improvements and strategic adjustments.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of proven sales experience, preferably within e‑commerce, retail, FMCG, or technology sectors.
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding revenue targets through consultative, solution‑oriented selling.
