Key Responsibilities

  • Document Preparation & Organization: Gather, sort, and prepare source documents—including scanned forms, PDFs, and handwritten notes—for entry into arenaflex’s secure database systems.
  • Accurate Data Entry: Input both alphabetic and numeric information from source documents into the appropriate system, maintaining a typing speed of at least 40 words per minute without sacrificing accuracy.
  • Quality Assurance: Perform double‑checks by comparing entered data against original documents, correcting errors, and eliminating duplicate entries to uphold a 99.9% accuracy rate.
  • Discrepancy Resolution: Identify missing pages, illegible fields, or inconsistent information; resolve issues using standard operating procedures or coordinate with team leads for clarification.
  • Security & Compliance: Follow arenaflex’s data security protocols at all times, including daily database backups, encryption practices, and strict adherence to HIPAA privacy rules.
  • Clerical Support: Execute ancillary tasks such as sorting electronic files, filing digital records, drafting routine emails, and proofreading documents for grammatical correctness.

Essential Qualifications
