Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Remote Customer Service & Inside Sales Representative – Property & Casualty to join our diverse, high‑performing team. Essential Qualifications

  • Active resident license to sell Property & Casualty insurance in at least one U.S. state.
  • U.S. residency or a valid U.S. mailing address.
  • High school diploma or GED; additional post‑secondary education or insurance certifications (e.g., CPCU, AINS) are a plus.
  • Fluency in English; bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly preferred and eligible for a differential bonus.
  • Demonstrated passion for helping others and a patient, empathetic demeanor.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office, web browsers, and CRM platforms.
