As a Remote Data Entry Consultant – Global Equity, you will be an essential member of the Global Equity team, supporting the administration of complex equity‑based compensation programs. Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to verify operational compliance of equity‑based long‑term incentive (LTI) plans and stock‑plan enrollment activities.
- Process the issuance, vesting, and settlement of PSUs, RSUs, and stock‑option matching ratio awards with meticulous attention to detail.
- Review equity transaction activity—including exercise events, releases, and plan adjustments—to ensure accurate and timely booking, settlement, and reporting.
- Research, track, and respond to inquiries from participants, internal partners, and external stakeholders, providing clear and concise explanations of equity plan mechanics.
- Support the equity‑based LTI award delivery process, collaborating with payroll, tax, and legal teams to maintain seamless end‑to‑end execution.

Essential Qualifications
