Why This Role Matters

As a Remote Data Entry Consultant – Global Equity, you will be an essential member of the Global Equity team, supporting the administration of complex equity‑based compensation programs. These programs—including Performance Share Units (PSUs), Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and stock‑option plans—are critical tools that attract, retain, and motivate top talent across arenaflex’s global operations. Your work will ensure that equity awards are processed accurately, reported on time, and compliant with internal policies and external regulations. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly proactive data audits to verify operational compliance of equity‑based long‑term incentive (LTI) plans and stock‑plan enrollment activities.
  • Process the issuance, vesting, and settlement of PSUs, RSUs, and stock‑option matching ratio awards with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Review equity transaction activity—including exercise events, releases, and plan adjustments—to ensure accurate and timely booking, settlement, and reporting.
  • Research, track, and respond to inquiries from participants, internal partners, and external stakeholders, providing clear and concise explanations of equity plan mechanics.
  • Support the equity‑based LTI award delivery process, collaborating with payroll, tax, and legal teams to maintain seamless end‑to‑end execution.
  • Generate ad‑hoc data analytics and reporting to aid ongoing operations, trend analysis, and strategic decision‑making.
  • Maintain and update equity administration policies, procedures, and documentation to reflect best practices and regulatory changes.
  • Assist with additional equity‑plan administration tasks as needed, including data migration, system testing, and process improvement initiatives.

Essential Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience in stock‑plan administration, payroll, tax, accounting, or a comparable discipline is preferred but not mandatory for entry‑level candidates.
  • Familiarity with equity‑plan products such as stock options, PSUs, and RSUs is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, systems, and processes quickly, with a strong analytical mindset.
  • Understanding of HRIS platforms—particularly Workday—and the flow of data between HR, finance, and payroll systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer‑service orientation.
  • High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.

  • Experience with data‑analysis tools (Excel, Power Query, Tableau, or similar) to create reports and dashboards.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements governing equity compensation (e.g., SEC, IRS, local tax authorities).
