About US We're is a rapidly growing U.S.-based solar module manufacturer with operational manufacturing capacity in Georgia and a strong expansion roadmap driven by the growing demand for domestic-content solar products. Backed by an established international manufacturing group with more than a decade of industry experience, We're expanding our North American commercial team to support continued growth across the Distributed Generation (DG), Commercial & Industrial (C&I), and EPC markets. Our products are manufactured in the United States, enabling customers to benefit from domestic-content opportunities under current U.S. energy policies while reducing supply chain risk and improving delivery timelines. Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Solar Sales Manager to drive revenue growth across the U.S. market. This role focuses on developing installer, EPC, distributor, and commercial solar customer relationships while expanding market share for U.S.-manufactured solar modules. This is a remote position with periodic travel to our Atlanta headquarters and customer locations.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and expand relationships with solar installers, EPC contractors, distributors, and project developers
  • Identify and close new business opportunities within the DG, C&I, and regional utility-scale markets
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract execution
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve quarterly and annual targets
  • Monitor market trends, policy developments, and competitor activities
  • Collaborate with internal product, operations, and supply-chain teams to support customer success
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and customer meetings

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of solar industry sales experience in the United States
  • Proven track record selling solar modules, inverters, energy storage solutions, or related renewable-energy products
  • Have direct sales resources or channel sales resources targeting the commercial & industrial (C&I) solar market or the residential solar market.
  • Existing relationships with installers, distributors, EPCs, or solar developers
  • Strong understanding of the U.S. solar market, including IRA incentives and regional market dynamics
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and business-development skills
  • Ability to travel as needed
  • Bachelor's degree preferred

Compensation

  • Base Salary $90,000 – $120,000 + Commission

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Benefits:
