This position offers flexible scheduling, the ability to work from anywhere with a reliable internet connection, and the opportunity to make a tangible impact on the performance of a global logistics powerhouse.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurate Data Entry: Input, update, and maintain large volumes of transactional and reference data in arenaflex’s proprietary and third‑party platforms with a focus on speed and precision.
  • Quality Assurance & Validation: Conduct systematic reviews of entered data to identify errors, inconsistencies, or missing fields; correct discrepancies promptly and document corrective actions.
  • Documentation Management: Organize and archive electronic records, ensuring that all data entry activities are traceable, auditable, and compliant with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Partner with cross‑functional teams—including operations, customer service, finance, and IT—to clarify data requirements, resolve ambiguities, and support seamless information exchange.
  • Process Adherence: Follow established standard operating procedures (SOPs), data security protocols, and privacy guidelines to protect sensitive information and maintain system integrity.
  • Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback on workflow bottlenecks, suggest automation opportunities, and participate in periodic audits aimed at enhancing data quality and operational efficiency.

Essential Qualifications

  • Proven experience (minimum 1‑2 years) in a data entry or similar administrative role, preferably within a remote or distributed work environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in data management, office administration, or related fields are a distinct advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to type at least 70 words per minute with a high degree of accuracy (error rate ≤ 2%).
  • Strong attention to detail, with a track record of delivering error‑free work under tight deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear interaction with teammates and stakeholders across time zones.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with data entry software, cloud‑based CRM/ERP platforms, or database management tools.
  • Reliable high‑speed internet connection, a functional computer workstation, and a quiet, distraction‑free workspace.

Preferred Qualifications & Additional Assets

  • Experience with logistics, supply chain, or e‑commerce data sets, providing contextual understanding of the information you will manage.
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and best practices for handling personally identifiable information (PII).
  • Familiarity with automation tools such as macros, scripts, or robotic process automation (RPA) that can streamline repetitive entry tasks.
  • Previous exposure to remote collaboration platforms (Slack, Microsoft Teams, Zoom) and ticketing systems (Jira, ServiceNow).
  • Demonstrated reliability and a strong work ethic, evidenced by consistent attendance and punctuality in part‑time schedules.

Core Skills & Competencies

  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data patterns, spot anomalies, and make logical decisions about data corrections.
  • Time Management: Skillful prioritization of tasks, balancing multiple data streams while meeting agreed‑upon turnaround times.
  • Technical Agility: Quick adaptation to new software interfaces, updates, and evolving data standards.
  • Team Orientation: Collaborative spirit that values feedback, shares knowledge, and contributes to a supportive remote culture.
