Key Responsibilities

• Support the arenaflex Transportation Fleet by maintaining up‑to‑date data records, schedules, and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with department managers to gather, prioritize, and translate business requirements into actionable data solutions.
• Integrate multiple data sources across various database platforms, ensuring consistency and reliability of information.
• Design, build, and maintain complex Excel workbooks that track key performance indicators (KPIs), cost analyses, and routing efficiency.
• Develop and refine data validation processes to minimize errors and improve overall data quality.
• Generate regular reports and dashboards for senior leadership, highlighting trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Assist in the creation of transportation models that support capacity planning, load optimization, and cost reduction initiatives.
• Participate in cross‑functional projects, providing analytical support to initiatives such as warehouse automation, carrier negotiations, and sustainability programs.
• Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with arenaflex’s data security policies.

Essential Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar analytical role within a logistics or transportation environment.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, complex formulas, conditional formatting, and charting.
• Strong understanding of data integration techniques and the ability to work with multiple database platforms (e.g., SQL, Access, or cloud‑based data warehouses).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical data into clear business insights.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and thrive in a fast‑moving, results‑oriented setting.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail, especially when handling large data sets.
