Assistant Project Coordinator (Solar Campaign)

What you will do as an Assistant Project Coordinator The Assistant Project Coordinator (APC) supports the successful onboarding and activation of partners by ensuring efficient coordination, accurate documentation, and smooth communication across teams. Key Responsibilities:Proven experience managing end-to-end onboarding processes, including workflow coordination, checklist management, and progress tracking Strong ability to manage and verify documentation, ensuring completeness, compliance, and timely execution of partner agreements Experience coordinating system setup, including account creation, access provisioning, and platform readiness validation Ability to oversee onboarding logistics such as training scheduling, orientation delivery, and resource distribution Demonstrated capability in tracking onboarding milestones, monitoring partner activation, and identifying process bottlenecks Strong coordination skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., RSMs) to support early-stage partner engagement and proposals Ability to manage escalations effectively, including activation delays, onboarding blockers, and system or process issues Excellent communication skills to provide regular onboarding status updates and ensure smooth transition of partners to account ownership What We're Looking ForEducational Background: College-level education preferred, High School Graduate or College Undergraduate Graduate may be considered if accompanied by strong qualifications and relevant experience. Proficiency in Salesforce and Aurora Solar is highly preferred. Proven work experience as a Solar Project Coordinator for a U.S. company or in a similar role demonstrating expertise in managing solar projects from initiation to completion. Solid organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and effectively manage time in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Strong client-facing skills and ability to work effectively within a team, demonstrating clear communication and positive interpersonal relationships with all stakeholders. Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance principles, ensuring that projects meet both industry standards and internal quality controls. Hands-on experience with project management tools, such as CRMs or similar software, to track project milestones, tasks, and deadlines.
